Dear guests,
We are committed to creating a welcoming environment and hope you will spend wonderful and carefree days in our home. The Internal Regulations you are about to read are designed to support a harmonious stay; by respectfully using the apartment, you will help us maintain a high-quality holiday accommodation over time.
1) CHECK-IN AND ROOM ACCESS
On the day of arrival, rooms will be available from 2:00 PM by appointment. Access to the rooms is exclusively permitted to registered guests of the establishment; therefore, entry of unbooked, unauthorized, or unregistered individuals is prohibited.
Should a guest bring an unregistered person into the room without providing identification documents to the management, a penalty equal to the maximum rate for a double room will be applied, even if the unauthorized access occurred in a single room. Additionally, the management reserves the unquestionable right to terminate the accommodation contract and request the guest to leave the premises. In case of refusal by the accompanying person to provide identification, law enforcement will be contacted to obtain the necessary information.
2) LINEN CHANGE AND USE
As a small non-hotel establishment, our goal is to provide guests with a comfortable and quality environment at an affordable price. Therefore, it is essential to avoid unnecessary waste through your kind cooperation in using the amenities provided.
Towels, included in the room price, are replaced after three days of the guest's stay and with each new guest, while bed linens are changed after seven days and with each new guest, regardless of the linen's condition.
Guests are kindly requested to use the provided linens appropriately and not to throw towels on the floor to request replacement after a single use, as they are merely wet and not dirty. It is advisable to hang towels to dry in the designated areas, such as towel racks in the bathrooms or the drying rack, avoiding placing towels or any other wet garments on chairs, wardrobe doors, or any other unsuitable places in the room.
Guests can request an early linen change before the scheduled three days; however, an additional fee of €12.00 per person will be charged. If it is determined that linens are missing from the rooms or have been irreparably soiled due to improper use by the guest, a compensation fee of €10.00 per item will be charged, and the stained linen will be handed over to the guest.
To maintain the quality of our linens and out of respect for the establishment and all guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the provided linens for cleaning shoes, removing makeup (makeup remover wipes are available), applying depilatory creams, drying hair treated with colorants that may bleed, or any other improper use that may cause irreparable damage.
3) CLEANING
Cleaning service included in the price will be performed every three days between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Guests who wish to utilize this service are asked to allow room access during the specified times when requested. If the guest refuses cleaning service, they will have to wait until the next scheduled cleaning day.
Guests are expected to keep the room tidy; otherwise, cleaning will not be performed, and the guest will be informed accordingly. If the room is found to be excessively dirty beyond normal use, an extra charge of €15.00 per day will be applied, in addition to any damages resulting from dirt or improper use, such as indelible stains on carpets, bedspreads, curtains, room furniture, etc.
